Itzik Weiss conducting audiences at singing events

VezeHakol

Mass Singing Events

For Jewish schools, summer camps, communities and organizations.

No singing experience required. Events can be led in English or Hebrew.

VezeHakol brings people together through a shared musical experience. Guided by musician and producer Itzik Weiss and our team of facilitators, your participants learn to sing in harmony and come together as one choir.

We handle the musical preparation, rehearsals, recording and filming—creating both a live experience and a professionally produced video you can share afterward.

How It Works

A mass singing event gives everyone a role in creating the music. Participants learn to listen to one another, contribute their own part and hear how the different voices fit together.

It’s a chance to try something new together, connect beyond everyday roles and celebrate what your group can create. The finished video captures the performance and the people behind it.

The Event, Step by Step

Choose the song

We start with your participants, your occasion and your goals. Together, we choose the music and plan an arrangement in two- or three-part harmony, depending on the group size and event format.

Learn the parts

Our facilitators teach each group its vocal part, step by step. We provide lyric sheets and Hebrew transliteration where needed. Participants don’t need to read music or have previous singing experience.

Perform together

The groups reunite, the vocal parts come together and your group performs as one choir. We record and film the performance, then mix the audio and edit your finished video.

SchoolsStudents, educators & families

Bring students, educators and families together for a school celebration, a year-end project or a program built around a shared theme. You can involve a single grade, the whole school or several schools collaborating on one performance.

Choose music that reflects your school’s values, its connection to Israel or a message your students want to share.

Summer CampsCampers, staff & visiting families

Create a camp-wide singing project, bring different age groups together or make the performance part of your end-of-summer celebration. Visiting day offers another possibility: campers, staff and families singing together.

If you have musicians among your campers or staff, we can also explore ways to include them in the production.

ANOTHER WAY TO USE YOUR PROJECT

A musical project for your fundraising campaign.

Discuss your project

Your school, camp or community has a story to tell. A shared singing project can help tell it through the voices and faces of the people who are part of it.

Create a professionally produced film to share with donors, alumni and supporters, include in a fundraising appeal or present at a benefit event. The music and filming can be planned around the message you want to communicate.

Participatory singing can also be part of the fundraising event itself, giving guests a role in creating the evening’s musical performance.

ABOUT

Itzik Weiss
& VezeHakol.

Itzik Weiss is a musician, arranger, music producer and founder of VezeHakol. He leads the musical process from preparation and rehearsal through the shared performance and studio production.

Our North American facilitation team is based in New Jersey and works alongside Itzik. This means there’s no need to fly the entire facilitation team in from Israel.

We also recommend bringing our regular videographer, whose experience with mass singing events helps capture both the performance and the participants.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently
asked questions.

Do participants need singing experience?

No. We teach the music step by step. No previous singing experience or music-reading skills are required.

Can you lead the event in English?

Yes. Facilitation and songs can be in English or Hebrew. We prepare transliterated sheets for Hebrew songs when needed.

Is the arrangement in two or three parts?

We use two- or three-part arrangements, depending on the group size and event format. We’ll recommend the setup that best suits your participants.

How long does an event take?

A full event typically takes 90 minutes to two hours. We’ll agree on the format and schedule during planning.

What do we need at the venue?

For separate group rehearsals, each group needs a suitable space where it can learn without hearing the others, along with seating and access to power.

The host arranges the PA system. We provide a technical rider based on the venue, audience size and two- or three-part format, and coordinate the requirements with your sound provider in advance.

  • Three wireless microphones.
  • Two stage monitors sharing one monitor mix.

For a two-part event, we’ll confirm the adjusted requirements with your sound provider.
